The Client Relationship Associate supports the bankers and their teams, liaising with clients directly on their behalf. Core focus is on maintaining a very high level of client servicing and exceeding customer expectations, in order to ensure smooth business transactions and create customer loyalty towards the group. The role is highly administrative and attention to detail is of paramount importance, coupled with research capability and a general interest in global, current affairs.
The role involves account opening and management, executing due diligence checks and arranging the diaries for the team. You will manage the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring all documentation is correct and coordinate with the investment advisor/ banker executing client instructions, placement of trades, execution of transfer and client reporting, prepare active review of client’s portfolios and monitor all documentation for accuracy and reporting. Candidates will be able to research and seek out new opportunities to make informed recommendations to the team, keeping them abreast of investment advisory updates and product knowledge.
We are seeking candidates who have worked in the banking/ trading environment who have demonstrated exceptional customer relationship skills and appreciate the business demands of their clients. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; you will need to be able to work autonomously and independently and use you own initiative. Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi task, taking on ad-hoc responsibilities, when and where required is important.
Candidates will be degree educated and highly analytical with ideally an understanding and/or experience in derivatives.
