We are working with this organisation to source an Executive Assistant for the Head of Department CEO. This is a challenging position for an outstanding support professional to provide an efficient, responsive and confidential administrative support service to the Manager, whilst acting as his gatekeeper and his right hand.
This is a busy role and the HOD is a perfectionist with huge ambition for the company. The role needs an individual with huge attention to detail, initiative and someone who is a real go-getter to work closely and keep up with him!
Duties of the role will include diary management, drafting correspondence, minute taking, assisting and monitoring the department’s budget and attending meetings where necessary. Liaising with key clients and suppliers will also play a huge part of the role. This is a young, vibrant organisation with state of the art offices in the heart of Dubai. We are looking for a fluent English speaker, who has ideally been educated in the West. The role is offering a salary of AED 18,000 plus private medical, annual ticket and discretionary bonus.
