A professional services company based in the heart of Dubai is seeking a HR Administrator to support the HR team and function overall. The role will require a range of different tasks to be carried out including but not limited to; setting and maintaining HR personnel files, administering secretarial skills testing, liaising with candidates, agents and hiring managers, arranging video conference bookings internally and with external facilities and providing HR Consultants with regular reports. There will large amounts of data entry and processing, production of employee letters and standard contracts. The role requires the candidate to be discreet and methodical, as their will be exposure to highly confidential information.
You must have experience working within a string administrative function with emphasis on supporting a HR team. Previous experience in a professional services firm is desirable. Proactivity, good organizational skills and the ability to demonstrate high levels of accuracy are paramount, as is a professional and corporate appearance in line with company image.
