We have an opportunity for an experienced Operations Officer to join this fantastic global company, based in JLT. They provide manpower supply to companies within the Energy, Oil & Gas industries and operate on a world-wide scale. You will be part of a company that serves their clients based on the highest levels of trust, ethical standards and a consistent quality of service.
Reporting locally to the Regional Director of the MENA region and globally to the Operations Director who is based in Europe, you will act as the point of contact in the office for all operational, HR and administrative issues for the office. This role is multi-faceted which will require a self-motivated and organised individual and it will involve planning and supervising all administrative functions, including operations management, identifying compliance issues and strategic planning and development.
You will proactively manage the timely renewal of employment visas and permits, assist employees with dependant visas, establish and maintain effective employee relations and be the first point of contact for all the relevant government officials. Your role will also encompass other office management duties including facilities management, managing and motivating the people within the division, ensuring an engaged workforce and document review and coordination.
In order to be considered, you will have a minimum of three years’ experience a similar role and within the UAE. It is preferred that you are educated to Degree level and you will have a good knowledge of the UAE labour law, with proven experience in dealing with free zone visa procedures.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with a high level of attention to detail and you will have the ability to multi-task.
Complete fluency in English is essential for this role.
