Irwin & Dow is a boutique, Business support and Secretarial agency, founded byTracey Irwin & Jocelyn Dow in 2013. We offer bespoke, highly tailored recruitment solutions to our clients; global, multi-national organisations and predominant local businesses, as well as government entities and private UHNW individuals across the UAE and wider GCC market.

We recruit across all industry sectors and we pride ourselves on developing sustainable and long-standing relationships, with our clients and candidates.

Tracey Irwin (Founder & Managing Director) has lived in the region for over 25 years.

She has been privileged to be part of the UAE's emergence into the global business hub that is has become today, assisting many organizations establish their regional teams here. She is Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) certified out of the UK, and both Tracey and her team are committed to upholding best practice, world class recruitment standards and providing outstanding service to clients and candidates.

THE BOSS

I have been in the Middle East a very long time! Initially living in Kuwait, before moving, to what was a very different Dubai in 1997. It has been an incredible experience to be part of Dubai's journey from desert to metropolis. This is very much home and I live here with my husband and am the proud Mum of two wonderful girls. When not in the office, I can be found at the stables, with my horse and three Labradors trailing behind!
